In this project, we developed a platform where sellers can easily access their sales, financial
statements, cancellations, financial reversals, and contest incorrect charges made by credit card
companies.

In this project, we developed accessibility features for the visually impaired. The app already
existed and was used by approximately 6 million users but did not comply with government laws that
guarantee accessibility to banking systems for all users. Therefore, we worked to correct these
errors.

After conducting field surveys and interviewing blind users who use banking applications,
including the specific application in question, we developed test scripts with tasks for users
to complete. We observed their use during these tests.
A specification was created according to the guidelines of Talk-back (Android) and Voice-over
(iOS). The UX team navigated through the application using the accessibility features, testing
each aspect and making necessary flow adjustments.
Bradesco
In this project, our objective was to construct a platform for selling insurance online. In
Brazil, insurance is traditionally sold exclusively through brokers in person. With the growing
use of digital platforms, there is increasing interest among people to conduct all transactions
online, thereby facilitating the process for users. For this project, we employed the Design
Thinking methodology.
